Erika b Hess

Founder & Podcast Host

Erika b Hess is a painter, host of the podcast I Like Your Work, and curator. You can find her in Columbus, OH with her family where she has her main studio, or hanging out at her NYC studio in Queens.  Her work has been exhibited nationally, featured in various publications, and is in private and corporate collections. She frequently gives artist talks and serves on panels that talk about art, feminism, motherhood, painting, entrepreneurship, and much more.  You can also find her writing in the art magazine Art SHE Makes.  She loves being in art studios, coffee, and fighting stereotypes that negatively impact our ability to create. She is represented by Contemporary Art Matters in Columbus, OH.

Gloria Ann Shows

Catalog Designer & Exhibition Management

Gloria Ann Shows (b. Angeles City, Philippines) reflects on her multi-cultural and multi-ethnic background to inform her work as an artist and educator. She is known for her monochromatic image-based works which address the undercurrents of migration and displacement, identity formation, and otherness. She dwells on her personal experience, combining both contemporary and traditional aesthetics in figurative and landscape images. She works at a variety of scales both intimate and immersive through layered printmaking, fiber, collage, and installation. Her work is with the collections in the Southern Graphics Council International Archive, Indiana University, and Zuckerman Museum of Art. 

Gloria earned an MFA in Printmaking from Ohio State University, and a BFA from University of Central Oklahoma. She lives in Columbus, Ohio where she works as a lecturer at Columbus College of Art and Design and The Ohio State University.

CaitliN Correa

Producer & Guest Relations

Caitlin Correa has been with the I Like Your Work team for the past year and currently works as the podcast manager and handles the guest relations. Caitlin is the founder of CC Media & Co, where she helps online business owners grow and scale through quality audio content and podcasts. 

She currently lives in North Georgia with her husband, 3 children, 3 cats and her dog. When she’s not working, or wrangling children and animals, you can find her in the kitchen cooking or watching true crime. 

Ada

ada Nwonukwue

Content Creator & Website Manager

Ada Nwonukwue is the owner and founder of Virtual Assistance by Ada where she helps business owners complete tasks while scaling up their businesses by curating appropriate content for social media and implementing strategies for growth. She is fiercely committed to helping business owners overcome that overwhelming feeling of getting their brands seen and heard on Social Media.

She is passionate about Fashion and empowering young girls and women and  

Currently living in Lagos, Nigeria with her husband and daughter. When she is not busy creating content she's mostly thinking of what her toddler would eat! On team I Like Your Work she is a Content Writer and Website Manager.

Sommer Frances Ross

Social Media Intern

Sommer Frances Ross (b. Cumming, GA) is an undergrad student at College of the Holy Cross who works with large-scale, mixed-media installations that address themes of anxiety, grief, and healing. In her work, Sommer seeks to create immersive spaces where viewers are presented with opportunities to visually process the sharpness and enormity of the emotions that come with mental illness, loss, and acceptance. Currently set to graduate in May, Ross joins the I Like Your Work team as a social media intern.
