Cancellation & Refund Policy

We are thrilled to have you as a guest at the Oaxaca Artist Retreat! We have been hard at work to provide you with a wonderful experience that you won't forget!

The retreat fees include everything listed in the retreat description unless otherwise written. Activities not covered by the retreat cost are disclosed ahead of time.
 

Should you need to cancel, all cancellations need to be in writing. All of our retreats require significant logistical planning; as such we can only offer partial refunds as laid out below:

 

Written notification that you cannot attend received by April 27, 2023, you receive 3/4 of money paid.

 

Written notification that you cannot attend received by May 27, 2023, you receive 1/2 of money paid.

Written notification that you cannot attend received by June 15, 2023, you receive 1/4 of money paid.

​

After June 15, any cancellation will result in no refund offered for any and all funds paid.
